As a Customer Service Employee in Klundert, you are the main point of contact for both customers and business partners. You handle logistical questions, process orders and make sure customers receive the right information.
Your responsibilities include:
- Handling customer and logistics inquiries;
- Processing and following up on orders;
- Solving issues and coordinating with internal departments;
- Maintaining accurate administrative information in the systems;
- Performing various back-office activities;
- Keeping customers and colleagues informed about the progress of orders and requests.
Because you will be working with international customers, a good command of English is important. You will work from Monday to Friday in a fixed day shift, meaning your weekends are free.
