As a trainee industrial spray painter, you will contribute to creating long-lasting products designed to endure for decades. You’ll learn the entire spraying process step by step and build expertise you can be proud of.
Your tasks will include:
- Starting with general production work such as hanging, masking, and packing materials
- Learning to safely operate equipment like forklifts and overhead cranes
- Assisting experienced spray painters
- Gradually mastering spraying and coating techniques
- Inspecting finished products for quality and precision
- Contributing ideas to improve workflow efficiency
