Functieomschrijving
As a team leader, you will directly manage 2 to 4 working foremen and indirectly oversee 20 to 30 people. Your tasks will include:
- Directing, coaching, developing, and evaluating the employees in your team;
- Leading daily operations and being responsible for achieving KPIs and plans;
- Making the right decisions for an optimal process in collaboration with your colleagues and management;
- Optimizing the efficiency of people, resources, and machines;
- Making improvement proposals regarding the logistics process;
- Conducting measurements, creating reports, and performing analyses;
- Conducting performance and evaluation interviews, and absence management;
- Ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Functievereisten
What you bring as a team leader:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, not necessarily in logistics;
- Full-time and flexible availability;
- Proficiency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
